His career highlights include expanding markets, recruiting top talent, and successfully building and leading sales divisions—from major enterprises to boutique payroll firms. Michael is recognized for driving substantial growth and executing effective market penetration strategies across diverse environments.

His journey includes pivotal roles in recruiting top talent within the SaaS software sector, drawing on insights gained from one of the largest recruiting firms in the U.S. This experience has deepened his understanding of industry dynamics and sharpened his ability to identify and secure top-tier talent. As he continues to advance in the consulting realm, he is dedicated to leveraging his extensive background and strategic insights to empower organizations in achieving their growth objectives and maximizing their potential in the competitive landscape.

Danielle brings more than 20 years of leadership and marketing expertise across a range of industries and company stages. She began her career in consulting after earning dual degrees in Integrated Marketing Communications from Parsons School of Design and Organizational Psychology from The New School. Today, she advises early-stage startups, midsized privately held companies, and Fortune 500 organizations across B2B, B2C, and B2B2C markets, helping them develop strategies that accelerate growth, strengthen market positioning, and drive differentiation. Throughout her career, Danielle has partnered with CEOs and senior leadership across financial services, technology, SaaS, and other industries, leading marketing teams and aligning sales, product, engineering, and operations to scale businesses. She brings particular expertise in navigating acquisitions, divestitures, global expansion, and high-growth environments. As the former Director of Marketing for the largest security HCM company in the U.S., she led strategic planning and global market expansion initiatives and continues to advise ventures backed by private equity and venture capital. Today, Danielle co-owns and manages 37 North Consulting with Michael, where they lead a team focused on helping businesses improve performance, navigate complex challenges, optimize operations, and execute strategic marketing programs that drive growth.
